port of Tortrica

Has anyone fleshed out the port of Tortrica at all? My own version is

        Tortrica (Medium Port 11W: Cavalry Unit, Decrepit, Sea-metal Tax). but I wonder if anyone's done up the various ports in more detail, like Karse in Men of the Sea.
