I'd add to that that it can be worth asking the group
as a whole what they remember about the character. It
may not even be a skill on the character sheet, it may
be something that was pure roleplay in RQ. Like his
tendency to insist on the finest wine in bars, the way
he always wears green, or his skill at musical
burping.
Now put it on the HQ character sheet! Relationships,
too. RQ won't have had them. Personality traits.
If no-one remembers a skill, it probably wasn't important. So leave it out. Or subsume it under one of the keywords.
