Well, Lokarnos is (was????) hosted by Graham Robinson, and his partner Claire is known as silverhippo on Livejournal, so I can see a connection.
As to why.... visitng the page, I see: "We're
developing a new web site!"
OK. They do that. They do very nice websites. Maybe
we're going to get a new and improved Lokarnos II.
