question on Sartar: Kingdom of Heroes - examples/generators for NPCs there?

Thanks for the answer on examples / generators for broo/lunar/gangsters etc.. NPCs in HQ2 rules: none.

My follow up question is whether I'll find examples or generators for those sorts of NPCs if I buy Sartar:Kingdom of Heroes. That's not a generic frame, it is a specific setting.

If the answer is "adapt scores to match player progress," that's something to know.
