I think this has been discussed, but I;m not sure I followed at the time.
Several of the cults of, say, Orlanth, are conditional - be tribe lawspeaker
or some such.
Presumably, characters who get promoted to this point will have had a cult
prior to this promotion, maybe an Orlanth Adventurous. How is such
cult-migration handled?
