Who he?
According to http://www.glorantha.com/greg/q-and-a/yelmalio.html, only initiates of Yelmalio would know his secret cultic name of "Tharkantus". Using it in a public context like this is IMO weird and confusing, and doesn't help our understanding of Glorantha-experienced-by-Gloranthans.
