Not really. This has been run down on the Gloranthan digest (grimaces about the wound that he took). The Masai and the Nguni cultures (Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele, etc) do drink milk and they aren't North Europeans. Likewise the existence of Kumiss (fermented milk) predicates the existence of milk drinkers among the Asian nomads. Hence the 90%+ figure is far too high (and is still too high even if the "factoid" was true).
