Why? Humakti have a social role (not necessarily a pleasant one). Do you mean foreigners? Maybe a foreign Humakti who couldn't give the greeting would be attacked, but then (I think) few people would take the risk of attacking a powerful warrior (novice Humakti don't wander about on their own).

That's true. Humakti tend to acquire mundane healing skills. The relationship with healers will be mixed at best.
