That's how I ran it in my RQ Yanafal Tarnils cult writeup in "Tales of the Reaching Moon" #17 (still available from your regular dealers, inc. www.etyries.com/products/megacorp.htm)
By my account, Swordbreaker would only become a problem for Yanafali who were themselves resurrected. No personal connection to Humakt was necessary -- you inherited Yanafal's. Of course, this is unofficial and non-Hero Wars-ish, etc.
