Also, karsht and the like are concentrated in cities. Cities don't have the tight social structure of a clan. They are a weakness and, to the Mouth, weaknesses are to be exploited... this is probably why they are not welll known in Heortling lands but are a plague in the north and in Esrolia (and under old Pavis...!)
And Storm Bullies aren't welcome in cities... An interesting coincidence, yes?
