He is somewhat removed, pragmatic, honourable, sexless, humourless and methodical. He is in many ways very Vingkot like and not very Orlanth like, though in others he extolls Orlanths virtues. A good adminstrator and tactician, not a coward but aware that a lot hangs on him and thus he tends to avoid combat and let his bodyguard do its job. The player himself is in many ways the opposite of the character he plays and I am safe in commenting on this as he is not a Gloranthaphile, which makes it doubly interesting for me as the narrator as I can drop in all the great twists of Gloranthan history and he never has a clue what they will be in advance. When Harrek claimed the throne in 1630 his eyes nearly bugged out of his head. Very amusing.

Anyways, to see his character in greater detail and the nature of the campaign, read Wesleys exposition of our games in the Gwandor Saga on his web site. 63 sessions so far and I intend to run the game right to the end of the Empire, so around 25 years or so to go. At this rate, we will be done in around 5-6 years real time.
