Don't forget the Chalana Arroy Hope blessing, as a temporary patch, and IIRC at least one of the Lankhor Mhy blessings reduces in-clan disputes.
One of the events has people whining about some of the clan's great families not being on the ring. Reorganizing the ring is one of the options for that.
