Which is much too early? The invasion of Heortland? The capture of Karse or the special force to eliminate Broyan?

Now, I have to declare an interest (if not to say, outright bias) here due to (rather recently) established in-game facts, but IMO this is _much_ too early. The resistance isn't necessarily effectual, but it's established to be sufficiently large in scale as to lead to the disbandment/abolition of the entire Kultain tribe. This doesn't necessarily matter for forces being deployed by other routes, of course. For those coming down the King's Road though, I'd suggest they both start later (early fire season), and take somewhat longer to arrive (at least the main force, flying columns notwithstanding).
