I see two issues with this
1 - the "charter" of our group is that it is open to all. As a temporary measure, it could work.
2 - the existing wiki is on a hosting service that may not allow Tim access to this feature.

I will think about this and see if I can set up some rules outside of the new wiki to require a webserver challenge/response on any action that could update the wiki.
