Man, this is so right as a fundemental GM principle. OT I know, but my last Pendragon GM insisted that every roll missed was because of some calamitous failure! When one guy failed a dance roll he said that he had litterally fallen over! The guy had a Dancing of 15 (out of 20).

I think Mikko was looking for something a bit more mythic in the failure though.
