Sorry to rule-sy it again...

Aren't charms and fetishes obtained by a Practitioner directly, without aid of a Shaman? For Spiritists, they need someone higher up on the food chain, sure. But the only difference between Practioners and Shamans for fetishes and charms is that a Shaman can go wandering looking for new ones and also try to incorporate ones outside their tradition/practice, right? Or have I (once again) totally misremembered that?
