Yes, the southern part of Dragon Pass will trade bulk cargos south, not with Peloria.

Cloth is also different depending on the source material and that source is usually only available in some areas. I think Peloria produces cotton rather than wool so wool will be an imported item while Dragon Pass will import cotton.

It's a matter of what easily transportable items that are made in the south of Dragon Pass which people in Peloria want and don't produce themselves. I can't think of anything specific so it's going to be dependant on fashion.

Ah right. I couldn't find that in the 2nd Age book on a quick look. Most of them seem to specialise in teaching rather than producing anything so the flow of goods is going to be mostly from Peloria and the south into the EWF rather than outward.
