IMO female merchants (and malkioni woman in general) can get by worshipping the same saints as men do and hence do not need any special saints. The only constraint is that they must either act on a man's behalf, whether it be an elder male relative or their husband, or be a widow.

The chief exception to the same saints rule is in the case of military and magical orders. For the majority of Malkioni occupations, there is no distinction in religion - the distinction is in terms of cultural practice.

On a particular note, Malkioni Saints should not be Saints because they were moral exemplars in life as they are not Christians. They become Saints through revealing a philosophical or magical aspect of the Invisible God. For example Hrestol is not a Saint because he was martyred by the Brithini - he acquired Sainthood through revealing the knighthood and joy.
