The only bit in the podcast that made me frown is the +6 for narrow abilities.

It would have been much better, I feel, to put it at +10. It's much easier for people to use and remember, and there is no need to be skittish about the four point diffrence.

Not my responsibility of course, but the +6 seems like an arbitary number to remember,
