Sartarite hillbillies are more likely to make White Lightnin' rather than Moonshine. Some Tarshites and those hill folk up in the Empire (Arir, Doblian, etc.) probably make 'shine, though.

("White Lightning" is another name for "home-made whiskey", just like "moonshine")
