Again I think you are making a category error. Throughout glorantha, the whole world knew Orlanth in some form or another just as the whole world knew Lodril in the form of Solf, Ladaral, Balumbasta, Veskarthen and Caladra. Just because the Ralians knew a God that the God Learners would interpret as Orlanth does not mean they were familiar with the God as worshipped by the Vingkotlings and the Heortlings.

The geography is far more than fuzzy, it's downright bizarre. Sevid is west and southwest of Kethaela and the other two lands are shown south of Seravus. During the Flood, Sevid is shown as being part of Ernaldela (Maps taken from Thunder Rebels and Book of Heortling Mythology). Adoren and Selus are in my opinion far more like to be in Maniria.

I don't think the maps show that. In the Malkioni Flood Map (Revealed Mythologies p8 and also on glorantha.com), there's two continents one of which the Kachasti are shown living on the western coast and which has two mountains, the first is labelled Nida and the Top of the World. Eastwards of this continent is a smaller one which has Kerofin in the centre, which is Ernaldela.

During the Middle Storm Age Map (RM p17 - labelled as Late but see the errata), there is a legend that "Worlath seizes Power" with lines drawn from Kerofin to Top of the World to Nida. From Nida there are rays drawn over the Kachasti coast.

Looking at the Maps on the glorantha.com website, the lines between the three mountains are depicted as mountain ranges while the rays emanating from Nida are still there with the Legend "Kachasti Conquered". The conquest of the Kachasti is in fact by Mostali and Vadeli and is described in Revealed Mythologies p9.

During the late Storm Age Map, the Wingkoti are mentioned but they are shown where one expects to find the Orlanthi and not on the coast. Instead one sees the legend Guardian Forests (which appears in Trollpak) and to the south Beast Men (who may be the Galanini and the Basmoli).

So the maps do not show the Kachasti becoming known as Winkoti. They did know Orlanth in some form but they also knew Lodril in some form and that didn't make them Dara Happans.

As I said before I do not believe this. In a prior discussion on this list, Greg never indicated that the Galanini/Enerali were Orlanthi/Vingkotlings in the good old days and the Heortlings do not have stories about Ralios other than the Plundering of Aron and Mastakos's Ten Steps West.

I simply think you are too enthusiastic in seeing Orlanth/Vingkotling influences everywhere and in making the Enerali another Orlanthi people.   To me they are more like the Praxians, yes there are some elements which they could find common mythic ground but on the whole their message does not find its target.
