The Flintnail dwarves of Pavis are Openhandists and unusually friendly towards "civilized" humans (including Orlanthi, Lunars, and Sun Domers - but not nomads). A significant minority are Individualists. There are approximately 300 dwarves in Pavis (including in New Pavis). The Flintnail dwarves have promulgated a "cult of Flintnail" (which is sorcerous, not theist) to better control the local humans. They are otherwise proper Mostali.
