People - please this is a Glorantha discussion forum, not a RQ2/3 rules discussion forum. It would help if you rephrase the question as a general Gloranthan question.
If the question is - do people in Glorantha accept money (or goods, or tribute, or whatever) to cast magic on others, the answer is - of course!
