One could but you'd be wrong. Sun County paid tribute to the Rays of Sheng Seleris.

As much as Jenarong or Vuranostum or Huradabba did. But yes, I doubt Sheng Seleris ever saw Sun County or ever paid it any attention. But it did pay tribute to his Rays and Emanations.
