Totally French!
No, I'm joking... It will be totally French as far as food is concerned.
More seriously, French is the main language of the convention but a lot of people can speak in English too.
The French Glorantha heroband (along with German guys)can play in English without problem, and some of the convention guests are of int'l origin (Charlie Krank, Jonathan Tweet, Jeff Richard).
