Mastery and Harmony are similar runes - Harmony is three vertical parallel lines, Mastery is the same but with a bar joining the three vertical lines together (the implication being that harmony is a natural co-existence state between the three lines that are in harmony, whereas mastery is imposed harmony by the bars being joined). The Mastery rune with its three vertical lines with a bar across the bottom bears a vague similarity to the shape of the letter W.
