Is it possible to use RQ II with Sartar Kingdom of Heros?

I really like the clan creation part.

There are two things I really like about HQ better than RQ :
- you can play at any power level setting, up to and including Gods (10M4, 20M6, whatever)
- you can create a NPC in two seconds. He's an Orlanthi Warrior 5M, Destor Initiate 19. Voilà, it's done. With RQ you spend much more time building stats blocks.
There is one thing I really fear about HQ :
- the rules are so flexible I change them at every play, as the players and I are carried away by the adventure. Thus some days I'll use simple contests, some other days detailed contests, etc. This freedom does take some time to get used to.
