The map on the inside front cover of the book (you do have the hardcopy, and not the PDF, yes?) shows the full extent of the city circa 922. Remember that New Pavis does not exist at this time, and the city was further developed post 924 and Jaldon's sack. So the maps in the book are a snapshot of a particular era, when the city had reached a key stage of development but not yet reached the size and potential of its later state.
