My personal and probably heretical view is that Sedenya was present - as Ginna Jar, during the Lightbringer's quest, and that more specifically, the Lunar conspirators used God Learning and myth-changing magic to hijack certain aspects of the LBQ to enable the resurrection of Natha/Sedenya/Rufelza into the form we know now.
