The source for this is apparently Cults of Terror in which Rashoran is said to have "fortified" Humakt and Uleria. There's no known myths of how Rashoran helped the two and in Uleria's case, the help seems to be redundant because she is working with Chaos _before_ the Great Darkness (Wyrms Footprints p34).
