Yes - SRP will spot the Krasht Priest or the Thed Shaman channeling the power of Chaos, but not the Gorp you are about to step on, the Walktapus lurking in the duckpond, or the Broo sneaking through the woods towards your herds...

Also, if it is "Sense" not "Identify", then a low success might only reveal that some powerful Runic Power is at work here, but not what it is - OK if it is a Porchango Cultist, or a Bagogi Queen it's likely to be fairly obvious, but not every user of Chaos is quite so easy to identify
