Does starting as an Ordinate require that three character creation
points be payed, just as for devotees?
Is the Moon Eye rating affected by the Lunar phase?
When receiveing a Lunar Magic Blessing, does the magnitude of the
Blessing depend on the day that it was recieved, or does it vary with
Moon's phase?
