That's a very good point, and one I hadn't previously
considered.
My own limitation of augments is more to do with
incentive than rules.
- Narrate it, or don't use it. (PBeM, so this isn't
as harsh or as time-comsuing as it sounds).
- You're using... what, eight augments, mainly +1s?
OK, then your NPC opponent gets eight, too. They're
not +1s.
