One thing that did occur to me is that right now we're all coming at this as a new thing, and it should get easier. Anyone remember the original Marvel Superheroes game? You'd get characters written up like this

"Captain Continuity has the remarkable ability to fire proton blasts from his ears and an excellent forcefield, which protects him from anything except fried chicken based attacks. His mirrorshades give him the feeble ability to hypnotise dogs."

Which reads as vague plain text. When you get your head about Remarkable, Excellent, Feeble and the rest are in game keywords it becomes much simpler.
