Personally, I'd say that, because it's a duel, Duelling is the more specific ability, and Weaponthane is a more generic ability (as it refers to a wider range of combat types, not just duelling). So, yes, Duelling trumps Weaponthane, although that has nothing to do with it being in a keyword.

Again, to my mind, assuming this is also a duel, the breakout from the keyword is more specific than the Sword Combat ability, and trumps it for that reason.
