If Duelling has been bought as a break-out ability (as the +2 implies) then (by my understanding) it is counted as a separate ability rather than as part of the keyword for this purpose. In that case it would be more specific than the Weaponthane keyword. That's one of the advantages of taking break-out abilities.

However, if it isn't a break-out ability, then (IMHO) the Weaponthane keyword is more specific than the Clan keyword,

I suppose that duelling would usually be more specific than sword combat (although in a society with frequent duels, using a wide variety of weapons that might not be the case). Assuming that this isn't one of those odd cases, I think the same applies.
