No you cannot. You get one secret no matter how many might theoretically be available to you; special rules apply to Ernaldans following the normal progression but they would not apply here.
For Humakt sub-cults and heroes you always get Humakt's secret anyway. Maybe non-Humakti (Praxians?) can devote themselves to the hero independently and get the secret whilst Humakti who worship the hero as part of the cult get the feat of fighting spirits. Just an option.
