Maximum intensity of effects? Small Gods 1W3, Big Gods 1W6 and Great Gods 1W9? So a thunderbolt by Yavor Lightning can only be a maximum of 1W3 while a storm voice using the powers of Orlanth Thunderous can only still a whirlwind
with a maximum of 1W6.
