Fiends and Cacodemon

Is there any consensus about the powerlevels or parhaps even a HQ version of these classic demons of Glorantha?

RQ totally broke down at the higher powerlevels, so I don't think the old descriptions can be of much help.

Parhaps Greg would like to throw us a bone here.

My guess would be (while on the mortal plane)

Fiend 10w3 range of power

Cacodemon 10w5 range.

So Cacodemon manifest would be an overwhelming opponent even for a superhero to tackle alone, and a fiend would be a match for a lesser hero (like Sir Ethilrist, frex)
