Yes, but you don't need the Truth affinity to be honourable -- especially when Honourable is part of the basic Carmanian keyword (ILH-1). It's non-canon, but Hum'akt's affinities in the version in The Thieves' Arm (p16) are Battle, Combat, Death -- I think the key point is that whereas the Orlanthi Humakt is more of a bespoke killer (let's be honest, very rarely does Orlanthi history have *real* wars of the kind of scale you'll find in Carmanian/Pelorian history), almost a Wild West gunslinger type, the Carmanian Hum'akti is a soldier.
