That's a rather strong statement to make. There is an Elder Races ghetto in Temissrah, Trolls (both Jungle and Dark) would form part of Seseko's army that occupies the ruins of Kalabar and there will be trolls trading from Jrustela. In addition there are the Nightstalkers, described in the Gloranthan Beastiary which are mentioned as being descended from Trolls in Uz Lore.
