All of that stuff!

What does it mean to a Sartarite that he has Air, Death, and Mastery? How does he (or she) and her fellows talk about it? What does it mean to a Dara Happan? Or a Carmanian? Or a Praxian? Or a Seshnelan?

If the runes are not a convenient game shorthand, what are they in the lives of those who have 'em?
