So ILH2 got into the pre-ordering system and then that distributor decided not to handle it. Possibly explains why HQ is not appearing.

Not from me. I have no more connection with Moon Design than you do.

I'm just working from what I've seen of how the gaming industry works, or doesn't work. From a retail point of view that's specific to the UK.

At a guess some US stores will carry HQ, more will be able to get it through one or more distributors if asked and some will struggle because the distributors they deal with have decided not to carry it. Whether they will receive copies on or shortly after the 1st July will depend on the distributor.

The UK position is different because there is one major distributor of US published products and they carry pretty much everything that gets into the distribution channels. Other countries may work differently.
