These are a great first take. Without commenting on the specific rune associations, my main observation is that there are far too many gods associated with three runes for this pantheon. Remember, Orlanth and Ernalda - deities acknowledged far outside of the "Barbarian Belt" - are the only Orlanthi gods with three runes. None of the Praxian gods are even associated with three runes!

FWIW, Bisos is definitely not a three rune god.
