I'm not too sure why you think GanEstoro shouldn't have any runes. The Invisible God had runes in Gods of Glorantha (Magic, Law and Infinity) and GanEstoro has been given a rune (which is a combination of Chaos and two other runes that I can't grok).

I doubt that Natha has three runes. She's really a mask of Sedenya who does.
