I really think that you are being unfair here. The truth is that only a small portion of Glorantha has been detailed so far, and even that portion includes some non-caucasoid races, such as the Praxians. It is to be expected that an ancient-type society is not going to be anywhere near as racially diverse as modern America; Glorantha just reflects that historical fact.
