I'm very happy that one of the printing places are in germany to support german industry. biesides I'm very interested how people can say something about prices before even seeing the product. I could understand a discussion about the cost-benefit-ratio after the book is released. In germany we would say this is "Kafeesatzleserei" means something like you try to find the truth in your used coffee-powder.
