I'm not sure I'm understanding who you mean.
Is it just some sort of entity captured by the Godlearners somewhere else in the spirit world and trapped in the Dead Place. Someone like the the God of Silver Feet, or some incarnation of Trickster, or one of the sons of Issaries, or Flesh Man, or Artmal etc.
I think it would be amusing to have him be a Cassandra type character who is believed by no one but always tells the truth, but that would be hard to manage as a canonical thing.
I would like him to have some link to Tada or Genert, Ronance, Seolinthur, Yamsur, or one of the other Golden age entities. Perhaps he could be Bijiif-styled Yamsur, trapped in the ashes of the Dead Place.
