The question is, I think, more to do with whether 'Chaos' is a meaningful category in the Lunar's world view at all. If you don't think that Chaos is a category then you might, for example, have a local hero cult that fights. say, broo, if unhealed broo are a big problem in that locality. Broo are a thing; I don't think that even Lunars would deny that. Obviously, you also have cults that are dedicated, in a broad sense, to fighting "stuff that isn't OK", whether that stuff be broo, scorpion men, trolls, or Orlanthi.

But you wouldn't have a cult dedicated to fighting both broos and scorpion men, but not trolls. Why would you? Broos and scorpion men have nothing in common that isn't also true of trolls, so what reason could you have for including them, and not everything else that fits the same description?

Now, in my Glorantha, there are Imperial hero cults that have a particular anti-chaos attitude (obviously, given that I wrote one up for /Masters of Luck and Death/). But, even in my Glorantha, they're Imperial, rather than Lunar, or they're heretical Lunars, or whatever else the term is for think-they're-Lunars-but-haven't-got-it-quite-right might be (if such a thing even exists in canonical Glorantha these days).

They're also non-canonical, because My Glorantha Varies. As will yours, and that's fine.
