At the time it was probably thot of as the second edition, the only = difference between the first and second having been thicker counters = with a somewhat different make-up. The rulesbook and board were the same =
in the first two. So the rulesbook to the third was the second edition = of the rulesbook. Made sense to me. If not to you then say so and I'll try again.
